Military Retirees Can Designate their Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP) to Special Needs Children Through a Trust

A new Defense Department policy allows military retirees with special needs children to take advantage of a law changing the way their Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP) can be paid after their death.
